Exams Manager
Full Time, 37 hours per week
£34,948 to £39,334 per annum
Burton on Trent, Town Centre Campus
Working with our friendly, professional and busy Management Information Services team, this role is pivotal in providing leadership and management of a highly efficient and effective examinations service; processing examination, registration and outcomes related data in accordance with Awarding Organisation and JCQ regulations.
Who are we looking for?
An experienced exams officer who is ready to take the next step in their career and manage a variety of assessment boards ensuring that all examinations related data is recorded and maintained in the College's management information system accurately and timely.
They will take an active role in developing and maintaining a knowledgeable & skilled workforce. Supporting the Exams Team Leader, MIS administrators for Exams and Invigilators.
Experience of working with EBS and the Pro Suite solutions would be advantageous. However full training will be provided. There is a strong emphasis on sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues who want to improve their knowledge in this area. You should also feel comfortable communicating with people across all levels of the College and working with minimum supervision.
